The Location. Views. Stunning architecture. Fabulous gardens. Interior decor and finishing to the hugest standard. Rooms supremely comfortable. Food outstanding. Staff courteous and helpful. Loved the peace and quiet. Absolutely returning for a longer stay

Fantastic. One of the best on the island

Everything was incredible. The staff, the location, the attention to small details. Really impressive property. Hikes, access to a secluded beach. Tennis court.

We felt like the food could still improve a little bit. Wasn't bad, but could just be a tiny bit better. Gym was also very small.

Our stay was very relaxing, with lovely food, we were made very welcome and would love to go back.

The property is outstanding, the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful, with stunning views, the food is great, but the staff are amazing, so friendly and attentive, it was a truly memorable stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Unbelieve location! The property is absolutely fantastic, one of the most beautiful places we've stayed. The food was delicious

Service could've been better especially more attentive at the pool and multiple people to complete requests. The Bedding (bed & pillows) were extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) especially for how much the per night cost is.

Outstanding property

Couldn’t have had a better time at the Son Bunyola. Let me start with the property- it’s stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. Every time I caught the view it took my breathe away. Plus, the hotel was very tastefully decorated, beautiful all around. Also, tons to do on the property! Beautiful walks/hikes, volleyball, tennis, ping pong, chess The staff is also outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Shoutout to the chefs Brenda and Jerome for accommodating our special diets and for Pao and Javir for being awesome

A wonderful hotel in a stunning location.

Breakfast was delicious and loved sitting on the terrace looking at the wonderful view.

The service by the pool for drinks and food was not very good, this area needs improving for this level of hotel.

Incredible location, incredible food, and excellent people to help you whilst you are there.

The location of the hotel and the attention to detail that they had put into it was absolutely incredible. The staff that worked there were extremely friendly and accommodating to every request we had. It was really good.

I think when we had arrived at Son Bunyola, they had just brought in a new system where there was buttons around the resort that you could press and get the attention of someone when you were looking to order. We found that there was a few of these that didn't work. We didn't mind going up and ordering ourselves, but it was frustrating to wait around for someone to arrive only to realise the button didn't work.

Incredible stay, our best ever!

Wow this place is heaven on earth! A perfect stay and one of the best we have ever stayed at! Incredible accommodation, food, service! 100% recommend!!

Gym is very small Location is perfect if you don’t want to leave and given the hotel I don’t think you would want to! but is a bit tricky if you want to get out and about especially without a car.

What was the highlight of Son Bunyola

Absolutely beautiful. A couple of kinks to iron out as it’s a new hotel.

In many ways, this hotel is spectacular. The property, the setting, the design and attention to detail put it amongst the best places we’ve stayed. It’s really wow. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they remember you, and go out of their way to be of assistance. Food is great, if a bit overpriced - breakfast in particular was lovely, and we often found the simpler dishes (eg the pizza) to be the best. Loved the free minibar and the activities - wine tasting was a real treat!

There were just some basic consistency of service issues that meant it wasn’t a flawless experience. Nothing huge and likely to be ironed out over time, but slightly jarred with what you expect from a hotel at this level: - Housekeeping always came for the turn down service when we were in our room showering before dinner, and on one day inexplicably knocked in the morning at 8:30am, waking us up! We couldn’t work out why they hadn’t just timed this accordingly as most hotels do, to ensure we weren’t in the way. - When calling reception they were often slow to respond. One night we asked for an iron and had to call back because after 15 mins it seemed like they’d forgotten. - We had some issues in the tapas restaurant on the first evening. Our order went missing and then they reordered for us but forgot a dish. It was all a bit chaotic. - The shower was only ok. Didn’t get super hot and wasn’t very powerful - and the products also didn’t feel like great quality. - Room service has no meat free options (except for a soup - not what you want in hot weather!). They did accommodate our request for a substitute though!

A relaxing luxury retreat.

Very high end hotel with excellent staff and standards. Pool area very relaxing as was hotel in general. Great place to stay if you want to totally unwind and get away from it all.

No complaints about anything. Room was quite small but very nice.
